Should the buyer choose to request a Sea Trial and Marine Survey, ACYS will coordinate this between both parties.  10 % deposit will be required prior to Marine Survey, payable by the buyer.  These funds will be held in ACYS escrow account until acceptable Marine Survey has been conducted at which point closing dates will be set forth.  If there are survey items that are unacceptable with buyer, negotiations may take place, or deposit may be refunded.

Our team will produce all closing documents, bill of sale, and wire transfer of final funds.   All property remains in owner’s possession until funds have cleared in customers account.  All Transportation, licensing, registration, and coast guard documentation is buyer’s responsibility.
